It got colder outside. We recall the main rules for hand skin care - and choose the right cream for the fall.

Bertran Hee, an expert at Bastien Gonzalez, says the cold dehydrates the skin so that it becomes more susceptible to microcracks - especially on the joints and around the nail bed. Therefore, hydration is the main key to success. It allows the skin to remain supple.

Antonina Krolivets, founder of the Bunny nail cafe network of manicure salons, says that there are several main rules for skin care in the cold. First, be sure to wear gloves . The second important rule is that you can’t apply the cream before going out. “This is categorical,” says Antonina, “no later than 30 minutes before the release. Otherwise, the opposite effect will happen.”

Once every 2 weeks, she advises going to paraffin therapy, and choose not hot, but cold paraffin. He promises that the effect will be noticeable and last long. At night with dry skin of the hands, a dense nourishing cream should be applied, and in the morning and during the day - lighter so that it is quickly absorbed.

A common advice to keep the cream in the car, Antonina quotes with the caveat: if you leave the cream overnight, it will lose its properties from the temperature difference.

Finally, it is important not to wash your hands under hot or cold water - it is better to choose room temperature water. And after the street you do not need to wash your hands immediately, you must give at least 5 minutes to adapt the skin. If you wash the dishes by hand - then, of course, only with gloves.

In the gallery we have collected not only the most effective, but also the most effective hand creams. They delight in their aromas, gentle textures and, of course, packaging. Sensory pleasure when using is guaranteed. And just in case, they included cuticle oil in the selection, so that the manicure remains flawless without adjusting for the weather.
